1. Who we are

siloamherbal.com is operated by TechJamLabs on behalf of Davdeb Nigeria Enterprises (the manufacturer of Siloam Herbal Capsule). Our registered office is in Ilorin, Kwara State.

2. The product

Siloam Herbal Capsule is a NAFDAC-registered dietary supplement made of Bitter Leaf and Moringa. It is not a medicine, will never be marketed as one, and you should not take it in place of any medication your doctor has prescribed.

3. Purchasing

Sales happen at partner pharmacies and via Siloam Roots. siloamherbal.com itself does not directly sell the product — instead, the website routes you to the closest stockist and (where applicable) processes payment via Paystack on the pharmacy's behalf. Once paid, Davdeb is responsible for product quality and the partner pharmacy is responsible for fulfilment.

4. Returns and refunds

If a pack is damaged in transit or fails verification at /verify, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace or refund. We cannot accept returns on opened packs.

5. Roots and pharmacies

Siloam Roots are independent marketers, not employees. Their commission terms are governed by the separate Roots Agreement they sign on application. Pharmacies are independent businesses; their dispensing terms are governed by Nigerian pharmacy law.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, attempt to break the OTP system, impersonate someone else, or use the WhatsApp number for spam or harassment. We will block accounts that do.

7. Intellectual property

The Siloam name, logo, and brand are owned by Davdeb. Don't use them on packaging, promotions, or social media that aren't officially sanctioned.

8. Liability

We aim for the website to work reliably but cannot promise continuous uptime. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the product, except where applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law overrides this.

9. Disputes

Any dispute between you and Davdeb / TechJamLabs arising from these terms or your use of the product will be resolved by the courts of Kwara State, Nigeria. We'd much rather sort it out on WhatsApp first — please write to hello@siloamherbal.com.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on WhatsApp to active users.
