  • What is Siloam Herbal Capsule?

    A daily dietary supplement combining Bitter Leaf (Vernonia amygdalina) and Moringa (Moringa oleifera). NAFDAC-registered. Manufactured by Davdeb Nigeria Enterprises in Ilorin, Kwara State.

  • Is it a medicine?

    No. Siloam is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. It is intended to support a balanced diet, not to replace one. It does not diagnose, prevent, or address any condition.

  • How many capsules per day?

    One pack contains 30 capsules — a one-month supply at one capsule daily, taken with water and a meal. Always check the pack insert; if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on medication, speak with your doctor first.

  • Where can I buy it?

    At any registered partner pharmacy. The /pharmacies page lists every active stockist with their LGA and stock status, or you can order via WhatsApp through your local Siloam Root.

  • What is a Siloam Root?

    A trained neighbourhood marketer in your community. Roots help connect customers to pharmacies, deliver to your door, and earn on every pack. Apply via /join.

  • What are Seeds?

    Our loyalty currency. Every pack you buy earns you 20 Seeds, which you can redeem for rewards or save towards future purchases. Send #SEEDS on WhatsApp to check your balance.

  • How do I verify that a pack is genuine?

    Each pack has a unique 16-character code on the box. Enter it at /verify and we’ll confirm the batch and date of manufacture. If the code is flagged or unknown, please report it through the same form.

  • Are the ingredients sourced in Nigeria?

    Yes. Both Bitter Leaf and Moringa are Nigerian-grown. We work with farms in Kwara, Niger, and Oyo. The capsule shell is plant-based.

  • Can children take it?

    Siloam is formulated for adults. Children should not take it without specific guidance from their paediatrician. If a child accidentally swallows a capsule, no immediate harm is expected, but call your doctor.

  • Are there side effects?

    As with any supplement, some people report mild stomach awareness in the first few days. Discontinue and consult your doctor if anything unusual persists. Bitter Leaf may interact with blood-sugar medications — consult your doctor if you are on any.

  • Why is the disclaimer everywhere?

    Because honesty is the brand. Siloam will never be presented as a fix for any condition. We are a daily supplement, and we keep saying so on every page so the line is always clear.

  • How do I become a partner pharmacy?

    Pharmacies onboard through WhatsApp directly with our admin team — there is no public form. Send your registration details and address to the WhatsApp number in the footer and an admin will respond within 48 hours.
